For Refunds:

Contact us and include your name and order #number along with proof of damages or reason for return for policy inquiries or if you receive damaged goods at candocrafters@gmail.com

- Returns must be unused and reported within 3 days of receiving items.

- We do not handle or replace lost or stolen package claims. You must file a claim with the shipping partner you chose at checkout. 

- Cancellations are not accepted once items have shipped.
